Dear Sir, I was referred to yourself by Mr Tim Robertson S.C., of Sydney.

I am facing trumped-up charges by the Lismore Police (LSCON Peter Ellis & five accusers) due to go before Lismore Local Court on 18th August '08.

Charges:
1:- Common assault on 5 (five) people.
2:- Behave in an offensive manner in a public place.

This arose after emailing to eight addresses, 4 days earlier, an essay on the state of the State of NSW, in terms of it's societal, cultural mental health, or illness, & corruption of the State government-cum-parliament, & thus their departments & authorities.

Before I continue, I inform you that I am bereft of "self-motivation" to fight this folly as-it-were, homeless, on a pension & exiled due to a life of manipulation by non less than the Catholic church & their allied cohorts in, for one, the political arena of Australia.

I have concrete evidence on this, which relates directly to my own step-family's 54 year deception to myself, about hidden facts on my genetic father, as well as on my genetic mother's thus my, (tragic) Aboriginal heritage.

Purely because of this, I have, rather involuntarily, been induced & pushed, as an autodidact writer/commentator on ethics, law, politics & philosophy, into addressing Australia's moral paucity, thus, it's
cultural & psychological corruption.

To this, I am emailing to you the said essay, as well as a "media release" of my own composition, going to the involvement of the Catholic Convent which "stole" my mother from her widowered part-Aboriginal father in 1932 or thereabouts.

While not immediately relevant to the case of false allegations against myself that I am asking your firm to defend for me, the "media release" is, I have no doubt, pertinent, & astounding.

I have been coerced to apply to the Lismore branch of NSW Legal Aid for help on this case, however, passed personal experience tells me they are not interested in tackling the similar issues I have presented to them, so I refuse to trust them.

While this current case naturally-enough involves the (Lismore) police, & my challenging what I allege/assert are entirely fabricated statements by the 'party' of 5 informants & the ten-or-so attending police officers, apart from my antipathy towards the low moral base within the NSW Police Force, over the last ten years I have worked heart-&-Soul with the police & the Australian Labor Party against the "foreign" corruption which our nation is mired in, I have no axe-to-grind against the coppers, anti-intelligent though-they-are.

Thus, I have substantial respect & support within all echelons of our nation's law enforcement services, albeit, understandably covert.

"Substantial respect & support" to-the-extent-that, it appears many want me to take a leadership role.

Philosophically, I reject this 'call', for I am a Democrat, NOT a theocrat of the common Western 'Christian' hyperbole. This is today, beyond the Common People's, copper's AND politician's ability to intellectually process.
