Here is the blog I emailed to several legal, media and political addresses on 13th July 2008, including to a Victoria Police "Ethics" department address, a New South Wales Police Training College address, and others.

Three days later, on Wednesday 16th July 2008, I was arrested, brutalized, or in other words, not in common usage in Australia - "terrorized" - and charged by the NSW police with having fired a rifle at five people, while "camping" (if that's the correct term, as I've been living out of vehicles for over eleven years), purely because of the harassment I've received for my political investigative journalism, dating back to 1990.

After about eight hours of being insulted, bruised, lied-to and falsely accused of various flaws, one being that I suffer a "mental illness", while locked-up at the Lismore NSW Police Station, harassed and insulted by the staff at Richmond Clinic, Lismore's psychiatric detention centre, and then made to make my own way back to my vehicle ten kilometers from Lismore, then, being forced to report to the police once a day, then, after another court appearance, changed to thrice a week, then, after another court appearance, to once a week, all which caused severe harm to myself in psychological terms, if only for the disgusting-nay-criminal treatment the coppers gave me, plus the intended cost to my finances, the court dropped the case.

This was clearly because I had shown, as you'll read in the following postings, that the coppers were extreme in their errors regarding the evidence, and the falsification of the charges and accusations.

After ten years in this northern NSW "rainbow" region (ha!), with several set-ups by the absolutely corrupt-rotten authorities, locals and international underground criminal networks who basically operate the illegal drugs and illegal immigration networks Australia-wide, this was a rude example of how corrupt the local legal institutes are.

Now, I have NO trust in anyone around here, and live totally away from all of them.

Now, I don't care whether I live or die, and want to get out of Australia as soon as I can. However, my murderous and adulterous mother, and her pathetically deluded catholic cult of St Josephite nuns make sure I cannot leave Australia.

Now, July 9th 2008, a good chunk of voters and punters are alert if-not-ALARMED about what their disgustingly abusive lifestyles and ecologically rapacious culture have done to their grand-kid's planet, bringing disaster to perhaps 70%, perhaps 95% of now-baby Humans.

Australia's new federal Labor government is coming to terms with not only sitting on the correct side of the Speaker in the House, but with a much-changed populace, to they of 11-plus years ago.

The "fatshits" of the last Liberal Howhard goo-gee-ment introduced political witchcraft equal in evil and it's best friend 'ignorance' to those of John MacArthur's 1808 "Rum Rebellion" (still rumbling across NSW!), and of Adolf Hitler's chicanery of the Nazi psychosis uptil 1945.

If not for our Cultcharal Warrior's preparedness to make independent inquiries and intelligence assessments, then identify, attack, dig-under, stab, flip and expose the underbelly of that beast Abbott and Costello and the Pamby-brigade still unwittingly glide around on, Warriors who did not shrink in psychic dread from the fight, the Nation would still be fastracking to disaster via the underground express, a driver-free trip straight-through the buffers at the end of the line.

Instead, now we have the residue of 11 years of what I've long-tagged as 'a very dark phase' for democracy.

With forward Progress, we must take-stock of what was, what remains AND of what are light-or-dark antecedents for the future.

As the ALP has always realized Education as a mainstay and fundament of a healthy growing family or nation, they have probably found how much they too must learn in terms of the REALPOLITIK scene here on the Big Plate and on the Small Ball called Earth!

I've been observing and investigating this for about 30 years, have written reams on its broader influences, have acquired global "legend" status for it, yet STILL, I am riven with futility each time my own words, analysis or ruminations penetrate my cranial bone about how serious a state western (consumer christian) Human psychology (and thus.... the Global psychology, psyche, economy and environment....!) in-general, is/are in.

Right now there's a few billion people playing shaman, deceived by the demonic christian cult that they have to "call-up" the Spirit of Jesus (....in anOTHER bloke, o' coarse...!) to save the Earth (but in truth to save their own Spiritually asleep, spoiled and lazy arses!)?

That is one deadly threat to any nation.

That feeds perfectly the flawed beliefs on corruption, law, and personal self-controls, whence, once permeated through the society, ruins the cultural fabric, foundations, expectations, and potential of everyone.

And where best to witness the corruption I speak of, but in the raw shenanigans and rorts on the public's minds, pockets, and SOULS in the collusion between the NSW Labor government and the catholic godfather's global mafia tour to Randwick, Sydney this week.

I demand the ARREST of THE NEW SOUTH WALES PREMIER, LEADER OF THE IRREPARABLY CORRUPT NSW BRANCH OF THE AUSTRALIAN LABOR PARTY, "MORRIS IEMMA", on charges of "running a corrupt New South Wales House of Parliament",

on charges of "running a corrupt State of New South Wales",

thus on charges of "misleading and defrauding the People of the State of NSW",

of "criminally neglecting the longterm viability of the State, other than on corrupt (thus UNCHRISTIAN) legal and cultural foundations",

of "actively maintaining an endemic 'culture of corruption' throughout the NSW parliamentary and civil services' systems, throughout the whole of the NSW legal and judicial systems, thus, throughout the social and cultural 'fabric' of the city, urban, regional and rural People of NSW.

of "reducing the People of NSW to moral beggardliness, bereft of Hope for Integrity in Government of their own lives and in Government of the State".

It is urged pursued by the Australian Federal Police, conjointly with the Australian Secret Intelligence Organisation (A.S.I.O.), together with all State Police Forces of Australia, and with State Police Forces of any nation, where an Impartial Investigation deems it relevant or necessary.

Clearly, NSW is not alone, nor at the very top of the pile.

Therefore, cooperation by and with any of the world's Policing and Military Services MUST be forthcoming.

The HARD Reality is that the People of NSW, by accepting the endemic economic, social, legal, religious and thus cultural corruptions, should 'the LETTER of the Law' be asserted, are ALL guilty of partaking of protecting, aiding and abetting a most pernicious and pervasive, environmentally and nationally disastrous culture of corruption.

Thus, the population of NSW should be tried on charges of Treason and crimes against Humanity, and of crimes against the overall Sustainability of the whole of Life-on-Earth.

Arresting everyone in NSW is a legitimate though impractical call, however 'goes to' the crux of what must be done from now, if we are serious about the Proper Role of Government into the "interesting" future, all Earthlings face.

Need it be said, that NSW is the dominant State in the Federation, and for that, hugely effects and..., INfects the others, keeping-in-mind the global influences of such as the putrid, delusional Brit-Eurapean Houses and Courts under the terrorizing aegis of 'entities': the IMF, World Bank(s), WTO, the Vatican, Israel, and most ALL offshoots there-of.

Clearly, overseas 'interests' don't care at all about Justice-BIG-J in their colony/colonies, so if Australians would improve the lot of their Mutha Country, it becomes THEIR Duty to arrest the all-quarters decline and decimation of the continent's intertwined-and-interdependent ecology and population.

The design of Australian democracy, questionable in itself, in counter to the Theory, lifts the most important Duty from the minds of the voters, by having us elect puppets to do the Hard Work of Good Governance, Rectitude and Law.

One has to make this point.

Mostly in 220 years, this has been bordering on laughable farce.

THEREFORE!

An Impartial Judgment would Truly and Rightly Determine that to Secure ANY Future for the NSWelshers, the Australian Federal Labor Government, I label as the Most Meritorious Government we've had since the white invasion, have the Duty to place the whole of the Governance of the State of NSW into the hands of a Board of Administrators forthwith.

ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, this is the Proper and most expedient path to take.

Such a notion has been unthinkable to now, both from the extent of stubborn "pack-o-drunks" ignorance so raping the Land, and the hard news that, the dumb-as-dog-shit majority can no longer ignore their waywardness, in demographics and farming techniques, not to mention in their law courts, but also because the new Federal Government have Governmental and Party Superiority over the "Labor" States.

Also, for all the mentioned influences, with even the most Righteous Will of the NSW Courts and parliament, any Substantive Corrections would be impossible from within the, any NSWelsh body.

7 months into the Rudd Labor Federal Government, we hear desultory comments from our media on Rudd and Cabinet's "all talk, but as yet no action" position.

A few Good and not-so-Good reasons no doubt.

One Good Reason is that it is Wise to err-on-the-side of caution while a deeper comprehension of ALL, I SAY ALL factors is reached across the Cabinet and benches, but in regard this fluid notion of Democracy, while a deeper comprehension of the priority issues reaches the hearts-and-minds of the voting citizenry.

Also, with the horror predictions due, where DOES the government begin, for we all know that most issues are complex and influence each other, and most tries at straightening the Road end with evermore twists of one brand, agenda or another.

So for the Federal ALP to dispel the skepticism, and to actually show that they are Truly the Legitimate Government, to show they are ready to Act as they should, I put it that they would Secure the Votes of Australians like none before them, would Strike a Blow to corruption and it's profligate, wanton waste, and prove that Australia is Mature enough to reject the idiocy of foreign interests here and HAS "got a clue" about where to begin the refreshingly new term of office, the new millennium and the new era all of Humanity now must face.

Finally, these suggestions ask Australians to get to the root-cause of our woes.

Culture, it's Veracity, it's Laws, and Lore.

Thus, while the dominant influence is judeo-christianity here, with many notable Tenets, it is basically a superstitious, fraudulent and dangerous theory, ideology, belief system.

"Corrupt", funnily-enough is most apt.

Therefore, to ensure Humanity has a future better than we'd have with no condoms and no abortions, to cite but two topical sad examples, a Clear and True analysis determines that if we are to purge ourselves and our Mutha Land of all the most dangerous toxins, it is incumbent upon the Authorities here to arrest the just arrived head of the most wasteful, most deceitful, most influential and most corrupt cult on Earth, Pope "Benedictus XVI" of the Vatican, Rome, Italy, on charges of heading a criminal organization, etcetera.

THEN, Christian Kerr and 'media-club-de-skeptics', will we Know we done Right last November!
