My "potted history" of NSW

Hi.

In regard to my case to be heard on 22 Sept 08 at Lismore Local Court:

Having read a little of the history of NSW, of the early decades, of the infamous "Rum Rebellion" of 1808, of the actions & words of the guilty parties, one John Macarthur in particular, who led the illegal military take-over of the government, of the laws & of the administration then, & of the outright corruption which thereafter was instituted into the laws of the New South Welsh colony, thus into the laws of the rest of Australia, & of the parts played prior-to, during & after 1808, parts played by those in NSW employed to maintain law & order, the British military & marine corps, becoming eventually the NSW Police Service, it is clear that the NSW Police Force of today, 2008, is trained in the same mold.

This "mold" being to maintain as law, an utterly corrupt set of rules.

These oppressive rules have since 1808, been solely to give unjust advantage to the wealthy land "monopolists", over the Commoner, by discarding the original laws sent out with the 1st Fleet & Governor Arthur Phillip in 1788, on how the lands of the colony were to be Justly distributed & administered.

While the whole business of administration of the nation of Australia is riddled with nonsensical, inhumane, impractical, unscientific & unjust laws, which in themselves generate ridiculous amounts of unnecessary "legal" procedures, the main illegality, upon which all others are made, being of the inequitable distribution of land, remains the rule which the irreparably corrupt government & authorities of NSW to this day, are guilty of protecting, against the Good of the People of New South Wales.

This Primary Political, or Economic Issue, & the Correction of the laws that maintain such-as NSW's endemic corruption, has been the Principle Focus of my life for 20 years.

I now have a global reputation for the work I've done in this specific area of Land Reform, work which has made me at-odds with any-&-all who unjustly profit from unethical speculation on land.

Land, which by True & Impartial Economic Science, belongs to All the People of Australia, not just to any exclusivist elite club of lawmakers.

The officers of the NSW Police Force deny knowing this about myself, & that I have identified one of the most guilty parties profiting from this legal corruption as being the Catholic Church.

To me, being one who places the Greatest Importance on Honesty & Integrity, these denials by the authorities suggest a deeper level of scullduggery within the police & beyond.

It cannot be ignored, in addressing the case I am employing the Lismore office of NSW Legal Aid to represent me in court on, that these political/legal issues, which by no coincidence go to questions of the Veracity of the Catholic & other Christian religious cults, are in fact why 5 adults & a band of police officers, residents all, of NSW, have colluded to fabricate records of an event which suggest I suffer a mental illness, & that I pointed a rifle at those 5.

If Legal Aid is serious about defending me in court against these false charges, then I request that;

1, the Police report written by Sargeant Tim McWade of NSW Police Nimbin, in 2005 about my arrest by him in Cullen Street Nimbin (outside the Community School), be acquired for the case for the defence.

This is asked for so we may see what information was given him on that occasion by my visiting mother, Adrienne Helen COOK, nee Willis.
As I have since then confirmed that she has lied all my life to me about my real father, & that she as likely murdered her grandfather on him finding her in bed with my genetic father, nothing she has said to me or the police about me can be taken as true.

The penalty I paid for my mother's suspected lies to Sargeant McWade on that day, was 2 weeks in Richmond Clinic, leaving with a clean bill of mental health after talking to Dr Harry Freeman & also to a person from Legal Aid, to whom I stated the same defense of political (& church) harassment.

The matter of these 2 charges now, I allege, are of the exact same type, & clearly arose because on the Sunday prior to my arrest on 16 July 2008, I had emailed 2 essays of my own to a number of addressees, one being to the NSW Police Training College at Goulburn, NSW.

2, I request that you get information about who the informants are employed by, their religions, & whether they or members of their families have work or other connections to the Australian Military Services, Police Forces, NSW parliament or subordinate authorities.

NSW is replete with tales of criminal collusion, where "...the corrupt protecting the corrupt" is concerned.

So it can be of no surprise that this case arraigned against me, a known Advocate, Investigator & Fighter for Just Land Law, is but another attempt to pervert the course of Justice in NSW.

Neither can it be a surprise that a coitery of crooked cops have conspired to have me pay dearly for the audacity of taking-on these fundamental issues of Law & corruption.

You already have my statement of events of 16 July, & the statements by the informants & the arresting police LSCON Peter Ellis & coy. You can see the differences between the 2.

Therefore it should be clear to your office that these allegations against myself, have another cause & intention.

That is, that the NSW Police & government, et al, cannot admit that the State AND the Catholic church are irreparably corrupt, & that the informants & the NSW Police want to corrupt the Lismore Local Court, by putting to the Court false evidence, fraudulently charging myself with these untrue offenses.

Seeking to call the informants or the involved police to give evidence in Court is, I believe, futile, for there can be no doubt, that such fraudulence is "de riguer" throughout the NSW parliamentary & legal system.

I advise that counter-charges & a claim for compensation to myself, be prepared against the said parties, of;

Police Assault with a firearm, to wit LSCON Peter Ellis' police-issue handgun,

Attempts to pervert the course of justice, by fabrication of false allegations & evidence against myself,

Assault & bodily injury by police in the course of my being falsely arrested.

Illegal incarceration at Lismore Police Station on 16 July 2008, & later at the Lismore Base Hospital.

Damage to my belongings, to wit, LSCON Ellis deliberately & maliciously trampled upon my bedding & other possessions during the search of my vehicle for the alleged firearm, & that someone of them deliberately & maliciously tampered with & damaged one "Takamini" steel-string guitar of mine, to now being unplayable.

Uncalled-for, inappropriate & offensive comments from LSCON Ellis at the scene of the alleged crimes, to myself, to wit;
LSCON Ellis: "Have you ever thought about suicide, Max?

Myself: "Since I was about 14".

LSCON Ellis: "Oh well, you should have done it."

Finally, about 2 or 3 years ago, in the Nimbin Police Station, I had a discussion with then Inspector Bruce Lyons, now

Lismore Police Station Commander, for about 30 to 45 minutes, about corruption in NSW.

Inpector Lyons listened with respect &, I believe agreeance, to my comments & assessments as to the extent of corruption in NSW, & in theory at-least, about what needs to be done.

It was a respectable conversation, ending amicably.

In that chat, I put-it to the then-Inspector, that the evidence suggests that the government of NSW should be arrested.

I was allowed to leave freely, & experienced no recriminations thereafter.

As we were walking to the Station front door, the Inspector twice addressed me as "Commander".
I took little notice of this, other than to remember it.

If Legal Aid can corroborate that this was said to myself by Commander Lyons, then there can be no doubt as to there being a hidden agenda behind the trumped-up charges we now have to deal with.

Perhaps, it is that I have no interest, Duty or not, in being Commander of anyone's but my own Just & Honourable life.

The aforementioned 2 essays I had emailed on the Sunday before this case's 16 July arrest, went directly to the issue of corruption in NSW, to the extent of my analyzing that the level of corruption NSW suffers has, after 200 years since the Rum Rebellion, sunk so deeply into the culture, institutions, society & public's psychology, that it is indeed, a "mental illness".

I say that it is no coincidence that in the informant's statement & the police report, mention, if not emphasis, is made about my appearing to have a mental illness.

In my chat with then-Inspector Lyons, I began with the line; "Society's not working!"

The Inspector agreed.

Where does the difference begin, between a society that does not work, & it suffering a societal mental illness?
