Hi Amy,

1st I apologise for this late email. This affair, because of it's criminal fraudulance, has been regarded by me as futile, thus very hard to put my mind to.

However, today, Sunday 9th Nov, I read through the statements of LSCON Ellis & informant A. Van Der Wyk, & see many falsities & discrepancies, which demand investigation in court.

As the case is to be heard in 3 days - this coming Wednesday - it seems we will not have the chance to meet & form questions to put to my accusers.

However, if the requests that I put to you, numbered 5 & 6, in my email to you dated 29th October, 2008, have been acted-upon, the falsity of the
allegations will be made transparent & exposed as themselves a case of criminal fraudulance, as deliberate attempts to commit perjury & as attempts to corrupt the law & the Lismore Local Court.

A phone call from you before then, if you are to be my defense counsel on Wednesday, may allow us to be clear about what I ask to put to the witnesses.


PLEASE NOTE:
If, as I expect, another hearing date has to be set, I ask that "bail conditions" be altered, removed in fact, as I am of Good character & can, by the police & court, be trusted to appear on the later date. The constraints enforced upon myself by this whole fraudulant affair, place severe stress upon my already over-burdened heart, & have clearly been placed upon me to induce further unjust discomfort, & penance for daring to stand-up & employ my Right to freedom of speech, no matter if or not whatever I have written is blasphemy against the lying, thieving, themselves-blasphemous Catholic church AND NSW Morris Iemma ALP Government.

Further to the NSW Morris Iemma ALP Government, & the Catholic church, I have enough reason to believe that the 'order' to manafacture the charges against me, came down the line-of-command from as high-up as Iemma himself, if not from the Pope himself.

It should be noted, in this, that Lismore Police Commander Bruce Lyons had an audience with the Pontiff in the same week I was accused.

While, in my meeting a few years ago at Nimbin Police station with the then "Inspector" Lyons (which I wrote about in an earlier letter to Lismore Legal Aid), I found Mr Lyons to be an intelligent & affable person, I know full-well he is bound to orders from "up" the chain-of-command, thus am given reason to suspect Commander Lyons' participation in my being, first 'intimidated' by the 'informants', then by them & the Police accused & accosted by a false & very taxing, ongoing series of events.

As, according to your phone call to me recently, LSCON Ellis 'offered' to drop a couple of the charges, that seems to me to be a 'confession' or admission that the charges were false all-along?

That LSCON Ellis happens to be attending a 'training course' on the court date, a standard
method employed by corrupt police to avoid having to lie to, perjure & corrupt the Court & the Office of the NSW Attorney-General, & there risk charges against themselves & their mates, the possibility cannot be ignored that a gross injustice is being perpetrated.

Principly, because I refuse to 'play the game' umpired by the Australian Military, NSW Police, & the rotten Catholic church.

More! I made mention of one "Tom Soward" in our last meeting in your office, suggesting he knew & participated in this "set-up".

When I 1st came to Nimbin in 1998, I met another 'Soward', no doubt related to Tom.

A Good bloke he seemed.

For some reason, my memories of him are that he was either ex-army, or an ex-cop. Or both!

I looked up the Soward name in the phone book yesterday, having heard the surname enough over the last ten years to believe they are an established family in this & the Nimbin region, such that, as is the 'norm', they have investments in land property hereabouts.

While none admit it, I was known soon after arriving in the area, for my dedication to Social Justice Issues, primarily Issues involving fundamental, "root-&-branch" "Land (& Taxation) Reform", although my reputation was held in high regard for achievements in other areas of Human & Social Justice.

As Land Reform challenges the root economic corruption of our nation & time (US subprime mortgage & stock market crashes?), I attracted enormous resentment from the low-intellect right-winger, thugs of 'the bighouse' real estate speculators, profiteers & developers.

A bloke with my reputation, Meritorious or mythological, in a place as beggared with corruption as NSW-nay-Australia-nay-the Planet, is very lucky to stay alive.

I lost count of the times I've been bashed up here, &, as I've told you, intimidation & extreme harassment have been daily occurances in my life for the last decade, which is singularly why I retreat to the forests hereabouts.

After a decade of this rubbish, gleaning bits-more of info as I stumble along, I know most of the pressure upon me comes via ex-military, serving military & or the children thereof.

In NSW, & I expect in other states, the military have a large influence on the police force.

It is clear that all the intimidation I've received has been condoned AND initiated by the police, for not once have I been given any protection from the cops, & have endured insult-after-insinuation (that I'm mentally ill) from them each time I have made appeals to them for help.

I detail this, on the certainty that Tom Soward was only too ready to comply with a police request on the day before this incident, Tuesday 15th July, to telephone me to say he could not do the work we'd arranged in an earlier chat. They & the cops knew fullwell I shied-away in the forest, that I had gone to some effort & distance to get the work done, & that the liklihood was, if Soward said he could do it the next day, I would find a camp in a more populated, local-to-Lismore spot for the night.

Amy! I just lost 2 pages (all-up, 5 hours of writing) of critical info on this case.

I CANNOT rewrite it on this phone. I am bereft!
