Hello Ms Barker!

At last I could come at writing the following requests of you & Legal Aid.

These I add to the other instructions already sent to you
in an earlier email. You also have a copy of that in the A-4 notes I gave you on Monday at your office.

We best talk again before the day, about my askings.

1. Request audio police recording of telephone conversation received at "000 Emergency" or "VKG" for "job" dispatched to Lismore Police station at approx 08:15am on Wed 16th July 2008, from informant "Gayle BENBOW", reporting the initial complaint against me to 000 Emergency.

1a. Request police recording of the "job" received from "VKG" by radio taken by LSCON Ellis.

2. Request ALL Police records held on myself, that are accessable by any Lismore Police officers.

3. Request copy of NSW Police "Manual", or "training, instructions & proceedure" on how police are to respond to such a complaint. Whether LSCON Peter Ellis followed proper "proceedure" from phone call to my release later that day?

4. Request identification of all NSW police officers who responded to the call & attended at the "Bora Ring".

5. Request the name of the male officer who stood behind me while I was sitting crosslegged on the grass handcuffed
at the Bora Ring site of my arrest, engaged in vocal defence of myself & vociferously voicing my counter-accusations, to the company of from 4 to 8 or more officers, as to "why" this happened, this same officer whom I turned to see (his knees were touching my back & when I shifted his hand clamped my shoulder) holding his 2way police radio microphone button in "ON" or "transmit" position,
who responded in the affirmative when, immediately before turning, I put it to the crowd that 'they would have been recording our conversation', whence I turned my head up & to my left to see the same officer doing just that.

6. Request police recordings of that transmission from the said officer's "walkie-talkie", to compare against
LSCON Ellis' statement.

7. Request to know what authority police need, & what evidence must be submitted for police to fit an audio &or
video recording device to or in a person's vehicle or abode?

This I do not actually suspect, but put it out to show I REFUSE to trust them, thus MUST expect they would bug my vehicle etc.

8. Request audio & video recordings made in the 'Charge Sargeants' desk & prisoner dock area, back of Lismore police station.

These to compare against Duty Officers "CUSTODY MANAGEMENT RECORD" notes of my treatment & behaviour while held in the area, until I was taken to Lismore Hospital for assessment.
